Operation:

VI 400

Series Only

Tours

To start a tour:

Enter the tour dial-up number and press the Tour soft key to start the tour.

Press the Tour key again to advance a step in the running tour. Press the Cancel soft key to stop the tour.

To activate a quick-access tour:

Enter a

followed by the tour dial-up number.

Salvos

To start a salvo:

Enter the salvo dial-up number.

Home Position

To go to the home position:

Press the Preset key twice to call up preset position

Alarms

For any active alarm, the control screen will display a flashing Alarm soft key label and the status line will

display the alarm title. To acknowledge an alarm (refer to the control system manual for more information):

Press the Alarm soft key. This acknowledges the currently-selected monitor,

is an alarm monitor. If the

monitor is not an alarm monitor, the lowest-numbered alarm monitor has been selected and you must
press the Alarm key again to acknowledge the alarm. Up and down

arrow

soft keys will display to allow

you to scroll through alarm titles when multiple alarms are active.

In common stack mode, acknowledging the last active alarm is the final step. In independent stack mode,
alarms may be active on other alarm monitors. After acknowledging all alarms on the currently-selected
alarm monitor, press the Alarm soft key again to select the next alarm monitor (or use the arrow soft keys
to scroll) and press the Alarm soft key to acknowledge the alarm. Continue until all alarms are
acknowledged on all alarm monitors.
