External Pot Fill Instructions

Installing to the External Pot Fill
System - Continued

3.

Tighten the cord grip until the cable is secure, if the cord grip was
installed earlier.

4.

Attach the sensor bracket to the top of the lid of the unit being
filled.

5.

Adjust the hose fitting to the correct orientation, if needed.

6.

Attach the hose to the fitting.

A #8 and a #6 core hose fitting is
included with the assembly. Additional
sizes can be purchased separately. For
part numbers, please refer to the
illustration drawing included with the
assembly.

7.

Fill the pot to the desired adhesive level.

8.

Slide the sensor into the compression fitting, on the mounting
bracket, until the bottom of the sensor is 0.50" below the desired
adhesive level.
