Warning

 

First connect the supplied input cable's connector to the RF power supply and then connect the 
other end.

* When using multiple single-phase 200 V input power supplies, wire the incoming power for the 1st unit 

R-phase/S-phase, the second unit S-phase/T-phase, and so on, being careful so that the three-phase
