90 Load Program Block
Command 90 transfers one Intel hex data record from an external host to the reader
flash memory. This command loads an entire program file into reader memory, one
block at a time. The flash memory must have been previously erased (command 96).
The reader must be operating in download mode (command 05) before it will accept
the load program block command (command 90). Refer to the
Program

section of Chapter 6, “General Software Information” for download
information and the download procedure.
