5. Tighten the screw of the hose clamp using a suitable screw‐
driver.

6. Fix the second conductor of the DC link connecting cable to
the mounting rail using a cable clamp.
Connect the cable for the DCP connection as described under
Points 2 to 5.
After installing the cables, ensure that the EMC contact plates
of the DC link adapter are in contact with the side panel of the
component.
The installed DC link connecting cable is shown in the adjacent
diagram.
