2.6.1

Overview of SIMOTION panel fronts

The SIMOTION panel front is a control unit for use with SIMOTION P products. It is used in

conjunction with the SIMOTION P350-3 computing unit and is designed for highly

demanding tasks in PC-based automation applications. The complete system comprising the

computer unit and panel is intended for local operation as a built-in unit in:
●

Control cabinets/consoles

●

19" cabinets / controller housings.

In addition, the panel can also be operated distributed (separate from the computer unit).

Product brief

SIMOTION panel fronts are available with various device fronts. The difference between the

variants lies in their support of operation with a membrane keyboard or operation with a

touch screen.
The keyboard and touch screen variants are available.
