• 1 CU 320-2 Control Unit
• 1 Active Interface Module AIM to dampen line oscillations
• 1 Active Line Module ALM as infeed and rectifier
• 5 Motor Modules as inverters
• 9 circuit breakers
• 9 stator segments subdivided into 5 groups
– Group 1 (master drive):
2 stator segments connected in parallel to one Motor Module; encoder evaluation
only via group 1
– Group 2 to group 4 (slave drives):
2 stator segments connected in parallel to one Motor Module, groups are
identically configured
– Group 5 (slave drive):
1 stator segment separately connected to one Motor Module
• Cables
For each stator segment with a current demand higher than 66 A:
– 3 single-core cables for the power connection
– 1 signal cable for connecting the temperature sensors
– 1 single-core cable for the protective conductor connection PE
For each stator segment with a current demand up to 66 A:
– 1 combined cable for the power connection, connection of the temperature
sensors, and protective conductor connection PE
• 5 TM120 Terminal Modules for
– Temperature sensor evaluation
– Protective separation
• 1 SMC20 Sensor Module Cabinet-Mounted to connect the encoder and to evaluate
the encoder signal
• Internal encoder signal splitting with TEC SERVCOUP
