•
The mounting slots in the stator segment and rotor segment are dimensioned
according to DIN 508 as listed in the following table. The T-sliding block length
depends on the mounting situation. The T-sliding blocks must be at least as long as
the magnetically active length of the relevant rotor or stator segment.

•
Use the complete screw-in depth in the T-sliding block. The end of the screw must
not touch the base of the T-slot.
•
Note the tightening torques specified in the table below.
•
Tighten the fixing screws alternately for each segment. Use a calibrated torque
wrench with a short bit insert. You can increase the loadability of the screwed
connection by using angle or distance limit controlled tightening methods.
•
Regularly check the screw tensioning force. Tighten the fixing screws using a
calibrated torque wrench.

tightening torques.
Note
Friction value
For the contact surface of the screw head and the screw thread, the friction value µ

0.1 is taken as a basis.
•
For smaller friction values, you must reduce the tightening torque and for larger
friction values you must increase the tightening torque.
•
Also note the maximum tightening torques of the screws used. These may be lower
than the values specified in the table above.
