Procedure for several stator segments connected in parallel for each Motor Module
If one stator segment is sufficient to move the drive, then select the following procedure.
1.
Disconnect the parallel connection.
2.
Keep the stator segment circuit breaker closed so that the drive can be moved.
3.
Open all other circuit breakers.
4.
At the master drive, set p306 = 1 - and recalculate the controller data with p340 = 3.
5.
Activate the master drive and deactivate the slave drives (e.g. p840 = 0).
6.
If necessary, disconnect the remaining stator segments of the master drive and all
stator segments of the slave drives.
7.
Carefully note that each rotor movement with respect to the stator - and vice versa -
results in a voltage being induced at the stator segment power connections.
8.
Ensure that the conductor ends are open circuit so that you do not create a short-
circuit.
9.
Rotate the master drive with one stator segment at the control panel.
10.
Measure the remaining stator segments of the master drive and all stator segments of
the slave drives one after the other.
11.
For the master drive, open the circuit breaker of the first stator segment and close the
circuit breaker of the second stator segment.
12.
Rotate the master drive with one stator segment at the control panel.
13.
Measure the first stator segment of the master drive.
