Note
Protective conductor PE
There are four ways of connecting the protective conductor PE for stator segments with
a current higher than 66 A.
• Connect the protective conductor (PE) to one connection point.
• Operate the stator segments only with connected protective conductor PE.
Minimum protective conductor cross-sections
The minimum cross-sections for protective conductors are defined in EN 60034-1 as
follows:
