Tools for aligning the last rotor segment

Lever

For aligning the last rotor segment, you require a lever with the following properties:

•

square or round material made of metal, wood, or plastic

•

Lever width x lever height: max. 30 mm x 17 mm

or lever diameter: max.17 mm

•

Choose a sufficiently long lever. The required lever length depends on the leverage

force to be applied, which in turn depends on the active length L_AKT of the rotor

segments:

Sheet steel strip

You require a sheet steel strip to use as a spacer between the first and the last rotor

segment.
The size of the gap between the first and the last rotor segment is only discovered during

assembly.

For that reason, keep sheet steel strips with the following dimensions ready:

•

Length: at least 50 mm

•

Width: max. 20 mm

•

Sheet steel thicknesses: 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, and 0.4 mm
