When Second Train Output Used is set to

, the Second Train OP is enabled so it can be set 

by a logic equation and assigned to an output. Note, that there is no internally controlled Second 
Train Output provided, the user has to configure the Second Train Output function through 
equations, for example, if AND 2 was used to define one set of track circuits associated with 
PSO 1 and AND 3 defines ones associated with PSO 1.
