4.11.2 Gate Down Inputs
Gate Down inputs (GDs) are used for various applications:
•
When the GDs are connected to the SSCC inputs, they are monitored by the SEAR
and can be used to generate alarm conditions and monitor crossing operations.
•
Can be used to control Preemption Gate Down Logic.
•
Can be used to control Traffic Control Clear Out Interval.
