You can fax a single Notebook or Scrapbook entry or you
can fax an entire Filer folder. With the unit connected to
the CE-FM1 fax/modem, and the unit turned on.
From the Notebook: Select an entry and touch
From the Scrapbook: Select an entry, press ,
touch and select FAX SEND.
From the Filer: Select a folder and touch .
From the Fax directory display, select a recipient and
then touch (CALL].

If you need to access a different directory, touch
CHANGE FAX DIRECTORY, which opens the SET UP
FAX DIRECTORY DISPLAY.

If you want to use a cover sheet, check USE A COVER
SHEET and see the section on Using a Cover sheet
later in this chapter.
Be sure to enter hyphens in the appropriate places in the
fax number.
Make any necessary adjustments to the number:
Touch
The unit will display the fax number in the confirmation
box (with any changes you may have made) and dial it.
Once connected, it will send the fax
