5) Steam boiler
Selection menu for the steam boiler in use.
Option 1: "Not active" selection:
Switches the steam boiler off entirely.
All products that are prepared with
steam are deactivated.
Option 2: "Steam 2000" selection: W
Standard setting for SCA TouchIT.
Option 3: "Steam 3000" selection: W
Standard setting for SCA Plus Touch-
IT.
Option 4: "Steam 6000" selection: W
Special option. Only available with
mains connection 1 phase 30 A or 3
phases 16 A.
