Troubleshooting
6.) Execute the automatic filling process.
Automatic filling must be performed after a "Master Reset". If a "Master Reset" has not been
executed, continue with step 7.

Switch on the machine.
The message for the filling process appears.
►
Select the [Start fill up] field.
►
Confirm the question about using a "safety switch" with [YES].
The boilers are filled with water.
Water flows out at the beverage outlet, hot water outlet and steam outlet.
A countdown time display appears.
After filling, the machine restarts and goes into standby.
7.) Enter the machine number and customer number again.

Switch on the machine.
►
Insert the SERVICE card and enter the PIN.
►
After entering the PIN, select the "System" menu.
►
Select the "System Parameters" submenu.
►
Enter the numbers noted down at the beginning under "Machine number" and "Customer
number".
►
Store the entry using the
field.
►
Use the
field to return to the "System" menu.
8a.) Restore the machine configurations from the flash drive.
►
Insert the flash drive under the TouchIT.
This causes the restoration data to be loaded from the flash drive.
8b.) Restore the machine configurations from the TouchIT.
►
Select the "Restore / Backup" submenu.
►
Switch on the desired parameters (D) for restoring the data.
►
Select the [Restore] (E) field.
►
A window showing the available backup files opens.
►
Select the field with the required backup file (F).
All previously selected data are loaded from the flash drive or TouchIT to the CPU.
The "Restoration complete" message appears.
►
Remove the SERVICE card/flash drive.
The machine restarts.
The machine configurations are loaded.
The machine is in standby and ready for use.
When restoring data from the flash drive, the path in the window is "/USB_Disk/TouchIt/Back-
up".
When restoring data from the TouchIT, the path in the window is "/NAND_Flash/TouchIt/Back-
up".
