Basic operation
Option 4: Backup to the service technician USB stick
The data are transferred from the CPU to the service technician USB stick via the TouchIT.

Option 5: Procedure for a data restoration:
The data are transferred to the CPU either from the service technician USB stick via the Tou-
chIT or directly from the TouchIT.

c±) =with or without the counters and statistics.

d±) = with or without the grinder calibration
