You can set whether to run an event sent from the NVR or camera (motion detection, video analysis event,
audio event) and the method for alarm output as well as the alarm time.

AMD : Select whether or not to use motion detection.

Profile : Shows the video profile set for each channel.
•
Frame Rate : Shows the frame count for each channel.
•
Camera : Select an event detection channel.
If you select a camera item, the "
Camera preset
" screen will appear. Select a channel to connect and set the
preset.

You can set the preset in PTZ mode.

Alarm : Select the method for alarm output.
- Continuous : Alarm keeps going off until you cancel it.

Alarm Duration : Set the duration of alarm.
•
Advanced MD : You can set the detailed setting of motion detection.
If there is at least one AMD ON channel, it will be activated.
- Area Setup : You can set the area of motion detection.
- Sensitivity : Set the sensitivity of motion detection. (high/medium/low).
- Activation Time : Select the operation time of motion detection.
- Camera Location : Select the location of a camera (indoor/outdoor) subject to motion detection.

The NVR can output alarms only when event detection is set for a network camera connected.

You can set AMD motion detection for a maximum of four channels. It requires recording a profile setting of a minimum
10fps. It is recommended you use 30fps with a resolution of less than 2M. (If the recording profile's fps is out of range, the
AMD motion detection function will not operate normally.)

It is recommended you install or set a camera so that the size of a recorded object is within the range below.

Minimum Detection Size : More than 1/4 of a single lattice area

Maximum Detection Size : Less than 1/4 of the full screen

If you set the camera location to <
Outdoor
> then the car/human classification function will operate. If you set it to
<
Indoor
>, the heat map cannot display the detection result for cars. Heat map data will be saved in 30 seconds after you
set AMD motion detection.

If the video has low intensity or is fuzzy, it is recommended to set the sensitivity to <
