6. Throttle body



Loosen throttle body mounting clips on

LH & RH side.



Gently Pull out throttle body from inlet

manifolds.

8. Inspection cover (Plug)



Remove inspection cover plug

crankshaft hole (M34x1.5x14)

on LH crankcase cover.

Fastener, Size, Tool Usage, Precautions, Photos

Aggregate to Dismantle Instructions

4mm Allen

key

NOTE

Use polythene

cover to wrap

fule intake

common rail

tube, to avoid

dust / dirty

entry.

7. Starter motor removal



Remove motor cables, mounting flanged

hex bolts (M6 x 1 x 30) Qty. 2 nos. and pull

outside then lift up starter motor

assembly gently.

8mm long

socket,

10mm spanner

14mm Allen

key with

ratchet

9. Crankcase RH cover



Remove Cover RH crankcase qty 14 nos.

allen screws.



Gently actuate the clutch lever so that RH

cover with gasket to come outwards.

5mm

Allen key

NOTE

Please ensure

to keep a tray

under engine to

collect oil spill.
