SPECIFICATION
Distance between lower yoke upper surface and
headlamp holder lower surface is 58.65mm with a
tolerance position of 1mm as shown on the image
below.
LOWER YOKE ASSEMBLY SPECIFICATION
Dimension between front suspension main tube top
face to lower yoke top surface is 236.9 mm with +
1mm tolerance as shown on the image below.
TIGHTENING SEQUENCE
Step 1 :
Place the front end assembly into
the headstock on the frame with
help from the fork balaner.

Step 2 :
Place the Seal, Headstock bearing
and Cover, Headstock on the
steering stem.
Upper Yoke
Subassembly
Step 3 :
Pre-fit the lock nut over
the steering stem, Apply
35Nm torque, then
loosen the stem nut and
then set the required
torque of 8Nm by using
tightening tool.
NOTE :
After a set torque of 8
Nm, do not turn the
handlebar / steering.
Step 4 :
Assemble the sub-
assembly of the upper
yoke over the lock nut
and fork main tube,
Apply torque of 20 Nm on
pinch bolt, then assemble
the remaining parts as
reversal order of
dismantling process.
