Adjusting the offset (width of the
1st track)
The offset is adjusted differently depending on whether ploughing
takes place outside (tractor on the surface) or inside the track
(tractor on the track).

the track

Ploughing outside the track:

The front adjustment wheels (item 3) must be in position.
ʈ
The offset cylinder (item 1) must be in one of the two positions
for "outside the track" in the middle of the offset setting jig
(item 2).

The setting jig must be open as far as possible when working.
It must be closed again for transport and for rotation.

Ploughing inside the track:

The front adjustment wheels can be removed.
ʈ
The offset cylinder (item 1) must be in one of the two positions
for "inside the track" at the end of the offset setting jig (item 2).
The setting jig must be open when working, so that the
1st plough body has the same width as the others.

Minimum inner clearance between the rear tyres: 1.30 m
(100 cm between the plough bodies).

Minimum inner clearance between the rear tyres: 1.40 m
(114 cm between the plough bodies).

Removing and re-installing the front
adjustment wheels
CAUTION:
(QVXUHWKDWWKHDGMXVWPHQWZKHHOVDUH¿[HGSURSHUO\
(block and tackle, crane, etc.) before you remove the
bolt.

Support for the front adjustment wheels
If the plough is used for ploughing inside the track for a longer
period of time (damp ambient conditions, tractor replacement,
etc.), the front adjustment wheels must be removed from their
support (item 1).
8.8
Moving the subsoiler (additional
equipment) into the working position
Danger:
General risk of accident while working with the
implement.
Always observe the safety instructions in the
original operating instructions for the respective
basic implement.
Warning:
Risk of accident due to crushing during set-up and
adjustment.
With all work care must be taken to ensure that
the implement is in a safe position and has been
secured against rolling away.
If you are using the additional subsoiler equipment, you must
ensure that the implement is prepared for use before working on
