Coupling
After uncoupling the hydraulic lines, connect both of the turning
gear's hydraulic lines to the couplings (3 + 4) on the rotary
compression unit (1).
Important:
Empty the full hydraulic tank into a suitable
transport container.
Oil and oily rags must be disposed of in accordance
with regional disposal and environmental
regulations.
Dispose of synthetic oil as special waste, and
separate from mineral oil.

7.1 Required
distributors
ʈ
1 double-acting (DE) for the turn-over device.
ʈ
1 double-acting (DE) for the packer arm.
ʈ
GRXEOHDFWLQJ'(IRUWKHIXQFWLRQVZLWFKER[
ʈ
1 single-acting (SE) for the working depth.
IMPORTANT:
The pressurised oil can remain in a closed circuit.
The return in the tank enables the residual pressure
to be bled.
7.2 Hydraulic
pressure
Check the operating pressure on the tractor's hydraulic system.

ʈ
Position the connections for the hydraulic couplings correctly
to prevent any risk of oil escaping.
7.3 Hydraulic
connections
ʈ
Clean the coupler on the implement and the tractor before
connecting the hydraulic circuits.
ʈ
Check that the implement's hydraulic connections are
compatible with the tractor's connection.
ʈ
Make logical connections:
-
The functions that are used most to the lever that is most
accessible.
-
Push the control lever to set the implement to the working
position (lower / fold out).
-
Pull the levers to set the implement to the transport position
(raise / fold in).
-
Use coloured tape to differentiate between the hoses and their
effects.

* The ring's diameter depends on the hydraulic hose's diameter.
IMPORTANT:
Check the hose lengths; they must not be too short
(risk of breaking or tearing) and they must not
be too long (hose gets clamped or wedged in the
mechanical joints, the wheels, etc.).
