ʈ
The front adjustment wheel cannot control side alignment
on its own. In this case, turn the adjustment screws (item 1)
below the turning cylinders. Position the screw heads and the
counter nuts (item 2) above the shaped supporting frame.
Unscrew the front counter nut each time before adjusting the
screw length. Re-tighten it after adjusting.
IMPORTANT:
The inclination must be changed as soon as the
plough depth changes.
10.5.3
Adjusting the tractor's power control
Use the position control or the tractive power regulator if
sensitivity is low (10 % to 20 %).
10.5.4
Adjusting the offset (width of the 1st track)

correctly when the implement is aligned perfectly (longitudinally
and transverse).
ʈ
The 1st plough body leaves an accumulation behind:
-
It picks up too much earth.
-
Reduce the cutting width by shortening the offset cylinder's
travel range.
ʈ
The 1st plough body leaves a furrow behind:
-
It does not pick up enough earth.
-
Increase the cutting width by lengthening the offset cylinder's
travel range.
IMPORTANT:
If the 1st plough body picks up too much earth,
a furrow can occur. The mouldboard is not long
enough to cover the furrow again. Return the
mouldboard to a normal working position.
IMPORTANT:
For each pass on slopes, a width correction to the
1st track may be required to achieve an even furrow.

Principle
A hydraulic cylinder (item 4) connects the top of the turning
head with the cardan shaft. A hydraulic reservoir (item 5) that
is equipped with a manometer (item 3) and a valve (item 2)
is located on the hydraulic connection between the cylinder
and tractor.
Adjustment
ʈ
Adjust the length of the 3rd point so that the bottom of the
cross bar is in a horizontal position.
ʈ
Connect the compensating cylinder's hydraulic hose to the
tractor.
ʈ
Open the valve (item 2) by 2 to 3 revolutions.
ʈ
Activate the hydraulic circuit and make the adjustments
according to the working conditions. This releases the force

make sure that the ideal pressure is obtained.
ʈ
Close the valve (item 2) once adjustment is complete.
Caution:
Set the pressure to 0 when uncoupling the

the implement and the cross bar may fall down.
