Before starting work, the subsoiler on the ground side must be
moved from the storage position (S) to the working position (W).
NOTE:
When assembling, observe the position and
alignment of the shear bolt (2).

Remove the pivot bolt (1) and the shear bolt (2).
ʈ
Install the subsoiler in the working position (W).
ʈ
Adjust the subsoiler's working depth by setting offsets in the
connection points (a), see chapter "10.14 Adjust subsoiler
(additional equipment)", page 52.
ʈ
Insert the shear bolt (2) and the pivot bolt (1) from the
subsoiler side.
ʈ
Tighten the threaded connection to the correct torque.

Tightening torque for wheel bolts

The 1st time after 10 hours or 50 km.

Then after a further 10 hours or 50 km.

Check the tightening torque of the wheel nuts on a daily basis.

Check that all elements are properly tightened at the start of
the season and every 50 hours when using.
IMPORTANT:
Wheels with a lug tread require particular attention
(severe vibration when driving on the road).
