Repair instructions

Always insert the shear bolt from the subsoiler side.
ʈ
Always use original shear bolts.
ʈ
Replace damaged bolts with bolts of the same strength
category.

1. Undo the pivot bolt (1).

2. Pivot the subsoiler in.

3. Insert the new shear bolt from the subsoiler side.

4. Place the washer on and tighten the fastening nut.
-
Tighten the shear bolt and the pivot bolt to the correct torque.

The implement must be coupled to the tractor and
the hydraulic hoses connected. Work on an even
surface, preferably on hard and compacted ground.
Only use new, original spare parts that are approved
by the manufacturer.

Move the implement into the working position and ensure that
the plough bodies touch the ground.

Ensure that the distributor that regulates the single-acting
cylinder (SE) to control the depth is in the suspended position.

Switch the ignition off and actuate the tractor's handbrake.
