Recovery
Recovery provides the user the ability to manually control the instrument axes in case of a severe plate jam. In the
event of a plate jam, the instrument will automatically recover itself when either the
Door
button is selected, a
Protocol is started, or if the instrument power is turned Off/On.
Initialize the head, all axes or eject plate by selecting the appropriate
Start
button in this screen.

Export Logs
The software records all actions performed by the instrument. If users experience error messages, export the log
and send it to Promega Technical Services (
) for troubleshooting. The log file is useful
for troubleshooting events.
Upon tapping the
Export Logs
button, the logs will export to the Tablet PC at the following location:
C:\Exports\Logs
