Filters
1.
To change filter slides for BRET/filtered luminescence or for fluorescence (including FRET), select the ap-
propriate
Reconfigure
button.

Manually open the plate door, and using the Phillips-Head Screwdriver, loosen the two screws at the bottom
sides of the door (Figure 65).

Next, pull the front access door toward you to remove the door (Figure 65).
4.
Remove the filter paddle by gently pushing it in and then up. The slide should pop up so that you can re-
move it.
5.
Tap “Next” to continue.

Several Filter Configuration options exist, depending upon whether you are configuring fluorescence or
luminescence (Figures 66–69).
a. Fluorescence or Custom Fluorescence
b. BRET/Filtered Luminescence or Custom Luminescence

Add the appropriate Filter Paddle of interest by inserting it in with the reverse process that you used to
remove it.
