Excitation
1.
To add a custom fluorescence excitation module, hold down the plate door, and using the Phillips-Head
Screwdriver, unscrew the two screws at the bottom sides of the door (Figure 71).

Next pull the front access door toward you to remove the door (Figure 71).

Remove the Excitation module by unscrewing the thumb screw. The excitation module should slide forward
so that you can remove it.

5. Enter the name, wavelength and bandwidth information for your custom excitation module.

Hold down the plate door, align the front access door and tighten the two screws at the bottom of the front
access door to hold the door in place.
