c. Touch the checkbox on the right side of the Analysis(es) that you wish to delete. Use the checkbox in the
header of the table to select/deselect all displayed analyses. When an analysis(es) has been selected, the
Remove
button near the bottom left side of the screen will become active.
d. Touch the
Remove
button on the bottom left side of the screen. Follow the prompts by selecting
Yes
to
permanently remove the Analysis(es) or
No
to keep the Analysis(es).

Performing an Analysis
After creating a raw data set from a plate read, you can analyze the raw data collected by using the analysis
functions in the GloMax
®
software. Analyses can be performed using analysis templates that have been previously
created or by creating a new template at the time of analysis. Use the instructions below to analyze raw data from a
plate read.
Note:
For certain result types (e.g., protocols containing kinetic reads), the
Analysis
button will be inactive.
Analysis is not supported for these protocol types.
a. From the ‘Home’ screen, touch the
Results
button.
b. Select the Results file to analyze from the ‘Protocols Execution Results’ screen. This will open the
Results file for viewing (Figure 55).
