Absorbance Filters

®
Discover comes preinstalled with 9 Absorbance filters in the Absorbance Filter Wheel. When performing
an Absorbance read, the instrument will automatically use the correct filter based on the filter specified in the
protocol. If multiple filters are used in a protocol, the instrument will automatically switch between filters, based
on the protocol settings.
Custom Filters
Custom emission filters for Luminescence, BRET, FRET, Fluorescence may be obtained from Semrock,

. Filters must be a maximum of 5mm
