‘Analyses’ Screen Functions
The functions present on the ‘Analyses’ screen allow you to
Export
,
Remove
and
Import Analyses
. Each of
these functions is described below.
1.
Exporting an Analysis
Analyses that you have created can be exported from the GloMax
®
software and imported into GloMax
®
software
on another PC. The exported file has a .package extension. Export existing analyses by performing the following
steps:
a. From the ‘Home’ screen, touch the
Results
button.
b. On the left side of the ‘Protocols Execution Results’ screen, touch the
Analyses
button.
c. Touch the checkbox on the right side of the Analysis(es) that you wish to export. Use the checkbox in the
header of the table to select/deselect all displayed analyses. When an analysis(es) has been selected, the
Export
button near the bottom left side of the screen will become active.
d. Touch
Export
to create the export file. All exported files will be saved in a subfolder called Analysis
within the export path specified by the administrator and have the date and time of the export appended
to the file name. If a single analysis was selected, the file name will be the same as the analysis name. If
multiple analyses were selected, the file will have the name Analyses.
2.
Importing an Analysis
Analyses that have been exported from the GloMax
®
software can be imported into GloMax
®
software from a
different PC. An analysis can be imported by performing the following steps:
a. From the ‘Home’ screen, touch the
Results
button.
b. On the left side of the ‘Protocols Execution Results’ screen, touch the
Analyses
button.
c. Touch the
Import
button near the bottom left side of the screen.
d. Navigate to the location of the analysis file (.package extension) you wish to import. The yellow boxes
across the top of the screen indicate the currently selected path. Red boxes in the lower portion of the
screen represent folders and blue boxes in the lower portion of the screen represent files with a .package
extension. Touch the desired analysis .package file for import.
e. Touch
Open
to import the analysis into the Analyses list. The imported analysis is now available for
viewing.
3.
Deleting an Analysis
Analyses can be deleted from the software by performing the following steps:
a. From the ‘Home’ screen, touch the
Results
button.
b. On the left side of the ‘Protocols Execution Results’ screen, touch the
Analyses
button.
