Analysis features provide a simple means of interpolating unknowns from a standard curve, analyzing data for
linearity, and estimating EC
50
/IC

in a dose-response experiment. The analysis software contains example
templates and analyses that can be used for data analysis and the flexibility to create custom analysis templates for
your individual experimental needs.
Note:
The analysis functions inherent to the GloMax
®
software analyze data that have been generated on the
instrument. It is the responsibility of the individual researcher to evaluate the results of any analyses for validity
and applicability to the data.
Start with the ‘Results’ screen to create analysis templates, analyze results and view past analyses.

To access the ‘Results’ screen, from the ‘Home’ screen, tap the
Results
button.

The lower section of the Left Navigation column allows users to toggle the display on this screen between
Templates

Analyses
and
Results
