8. Wait until LEDs D3 through D8 are flashing in unison. It takes approx. 1 minute to flash the firmware.
9. Remove power by unplugging the 24 Vdc power supply plug.
10. Wait approximately 10 seconds for all capacitors to discharge.
11. Remove the SD card by pressing it in until it clicks. It will then slide out of the SD card slot.
12. On the CPU, set the startup select switch (SW1) to 11001 (A=ON, B=ON, C=OFF, D=OFF, E=ON).
13. Reinstall the PCC-IV back to its correct location and apply power by plugging in the 24 Vdc power supply
plug(s).
14. Using PC4_Draw, write the Blockware that was previously saved back into the PCC-IV, in accordance
with the PCC-IV Technical Manual. If the Blockware was not able to be saved, write the latest as-
delivered/as-left Blockware, and inform the customer that they will need to re-enter alarm setpoints,
tuning & calibration data, and any other changes they have made.
