The error message "CALIBRATION ABORTED, …" will be displayed for the same
reasons described above.

If there was an error, press Escape to return to the menu; the original calibration will still
be in effect.
12. Using the INC or DEC keys, and observing the milliamp meter, set the 4-20 mA Output to 20.000
mAdc, +/-0.003.
a. The Channel Value displayed on the PCC-IV front panel is a percentage of output.
100.000 = 100% = 20 mA.
b. As you press INC or DEC, this Channel Value should be ignored. Set the output to
20 mA based on the attached milliamp meter.
13. Press Enter.
a.
The message “Output calibration complete” will be displayed, if the calibration was
successful.
14. If there were no errors, press Escape to return to the menu; the new calibration will be in effect.
15. Repeat the above steps for any other Boards/Channels that are going to be calibrated.

The user may “Save Config Changes” from the Memory submenu, if additional redundancy is
desired,

Important!
Be sure to exit Service Manual from the Service Manual submenu.
Screen Utilities Menu
The Screen Utilities Menu simply displays the names of the
other submenus contained in the PCC-IV. The Screen
Utilities Menu provides the means to access the other
submenus. Press the desired submenu soft-button to
access that submenu.
Calibrate Touch
Pressing this soft-button brings up the Calibration Screen.
Follow the instructions on that screen to calibrate the
touchscreen. A stylus may be used if desired.
Clean Screen
This disabled the touchscreen for 15 seconds to allow the user to clean the screen. A
countdown will be displayed showing how much time is left. Use a damp, lint-free
cloth without any chemicals to clean the screen.
Enable Buzzer
Determines if the PCC-IV beeps when a soft-button is pressed. Press this soft-button
to toggle between the Enable and Disabled modes.
