While Pr7.41 “RTEX function extended
setup 5”bit 7 is set to 1, and returning
to the origin by using the Z phase,
either of positive direction/negative
direction run inhibit input (POT/NOT) is
switched ON when the operation for
returned to the detected Z phase
position is performed.
・
Returning amount to the detected Z
phase position becomes abnormal
when returning to the origin by using
the Z phase.
・
Enlarge the distance between the Z phase
and positive direction/negative direction run
inhibit input (POT/NOT).
・
After checking the safety, set Pr7.41 bit 7
(setting of detection of run inhibit input
when returning to the origin of Z phase) to
0 (disabled).
