DPT Features

Call Hold Retrieve

Allows you to retrieve a call that has been placed on hold by another
extension.

Retrieving a CO call on hold

— at another extension;

1. Press the CO button whose indicator is flashing red slowly.

• The CO indicator light turns steady green.

1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.

2. Dial the feature number (53).

3. Dial the held CO line number (01 through 24).

• You hear confirmation tone (optional).

Retrieving an intercom call on hold

— at another extension;

1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.

2. Dial the feature number (51).

3. Dial the holding extension number.

• You hear confirmation tone (optional).

Conditions

• Confirmation tone is audible when the call is retrieved by the feature number. Eliminating

the tone is programmable.
