Maximum 501 data can be

obtained by designating the start data and end data for data acquisition.

The waveform data is 1-digit symbol + 3-digit integral part (no zero

suppress) + decimal point + 4-digit decimal part. If data is not present at

the data acquisition position designated, the value of +999.9999 is

returned.
