*1 Alarm output at the time of head disconnection is output to the alarm terminal of OUT1
for disconnection of head A and OUT2 for disconnection of head B.
*2 Alarm due to abnormal measurement value on the head is output to the corresponding
alarm terminal according to the head selection set for OUT1 to OUT3.
The number of continuous sampling until alarm can be changed. Refer to "4 -4-9 Com-
mon Settings" → "Number of measurement value alarm output delays".
*3 In hold measurement, the value immediately before is displayed.
*4 Judgement (high output ON) according to the measurement value can be made.
*5 The measurement and judgment process by the trigger input just before will continue, and
the measurement and judgment process by a new trigger input will not be accepted.
*6 For details, refer to "4-4-7 Common Settings", "Continuous measurement trigger signal
source", and "External synchronous".
4-6-2
When Alarm Continues
If abnormal measurement value status (alarm) occurs, the alarm is determined
when it occurs continuously for 10 sampling cycles. When the alarm is d e-
termined, the alarm indicator lights and the alarm output is ON.
If the alarm occurs less than 10 sampling cycles, the measurement value is
"+999.9999". The judgment result immediately befor e is held and the alarm
output is OFF.
