Unit detection time
The unit detection time necessary for stable detection is set according to
workpiece material and color. Using the set value as the maximum, perform
sensitivity adjustment.
Therefore, select a large value for a workpiece that cannot obtain sufficient
detected light intensity.
The guideline for selection is as follows:
Unit detection time
Applicable workpiece (reference example)
40μs (*1)
Part of white ceramic diffusion surface and metal surface
(aluminum, copper)
100 μs.
Part of metal working surface, black ceramic diffusion
surface and black rubber in addition to the above.
200μs (default value)
400 μs.
Black rubber (no gloss) in addition to the above
1 ms
Part of black gloss surface (coating, tire) in addition to the
above.
2 ms
*1 It can be selected only in the multi-select displacement sensing mode.
In multi-zone measurement mode, constant pitch measurement mode and
multi-select displacement sensing mode, the sampling cycle becomes large in
proportion to the set value of the unit detection time.
Since it is susceptible to extraneous light immunity (disturbance light), set the
value as small as possible according to the workpiece.
To check the detected light intensity image level, it is necessary to "SEND"
all setting items once after the set values are changed.
Sens. adjust.
Select
"Auto"
and
"Fixed"
of sensitivity adjustment.
Perform sensitivity adjustment based on the selected unit detection time as
the maximum (100%).
Selection details
Description
Automatic (default
value)
Automatically adjusts the sensitivity for a workpiece so that
the detected light intensity may be the optimum.
Fixed
Automatic control is not performed. Performs measurement
from the fixed laser radiation with the set "sensitivity ratio".
Sensitivity ratio
When
"Fixed"
is selected in sensitivity adjustment, the sensitivity is adjusted
with the rate based on the sensitivity for the selected unit detection time as
100%.
The value from 0.04% minimum to 100% maximum can be specified log a-
rithmically in 31 levels.
Item
Set values
Sensitivity ratio
0.04%, 0.05%, 0.06%, 0.08%, 0.11%
59.2%, 76.9%, 100%
