on the +tolerance side. When the measure-

ment value is larger than this value, the

judgment result is "Hi".

on the -tolerance side. When the measure-

ment value is smaller than this value, the

judgment result is "Lo".

Hys. Width

This is used when offsetting the calculation

measurement value. When the value is set to

zero, it will become the offset value.
