Sample trigger mode
· When buffering operation starts, the trigger generation is turned to stand-by status.
· Accumulation of the measurement data for the setting sample trigger accumulation
amount starts after the setting trigger condition is generated.
· After completion of sample trigger accumulation, the trigger generation is turned to
stand-by status again.
· When the setting trigger condition is generated again, accumulation of the setting
sample trigger amount starts.
· Accumulation operation stops when the accumulation amount has reached the set-
ting value or when buffering operation stops.
●Buffering type
Accumulation of the displacement shape waveform data for head A only or
head B only, or accumulation of both can be selected. The default value is
"Head A" . The following data can also be accumulated.

The calculation measurement value of OUT1-3, calculation results of
OUT-OUT calculation 1 and 2, each judgment result, and the total judg-
ment results of these data

Calculation measurement values of measurement positions 1 -5 set in the
shape judgment, each judgment result and the shape judgment result of
these data
With settings of
"measurement mode"
and
"range for each mode"
of each
head, the
"number of accumulated points"
for data which can be accumu-
lated maximum is changed.
When the calculations OUT-OUT calculation 1 and 2, and measurement posi-
tions 1-5 of the shape judgment are not set in the buffering operation, the data
will be accumulated in the unfixed state.
