(1) Total judg-
ment setting
Judgment type Set the calculation type from "No calcula-
tion", "AND" or "OR" for the judgment
target.
Target head Outputs the judgment result synchronized
with the head selected here.
Judgment target Hi/Go/Lo judgment can be selected for each
OUT1-3 and OUT-OUT calculations 1 and
2, and the selected judgment of the checked
OUT becomes the target of the AND (OR)
calculation.
(2) Shape judg-
ment setting
Shape Set to "Calculation" or "No calculation".
Target head Set whether to perform shape judgment for
Head A or B.
Hold setting Hold processing can be set for the meas-
urement value updated for each measure-
ment cycle. For details, refer to "OUT Set-
ting" - "Hold meas.".
