Operation of Indicators
POWER indicator
When the power is supplied to the sensor, the indicator lights in green.
HEAD indicator (A, B)
The indicator changes its ON, OFF or blinking status according to laser control
ON/OFF (operation of laser control terminal or HL-D3SMI) for head A or head B.
The indication is different between continuous measurement and stop of
measurement.

Alarm indicator
It is ON when the alarm status is determined.
Determination of alarm is that the status which cannot correctly obtain the
measurement value has continued for 10 sampling cycles or more.
Before it occurs 10 times consecutively, the measurement value is "+999.999". The
judgment result immediately before is maintained, but the alarm indicator ON and
the alarm output ON do not occur.
