Acting on keys "P" (23) and on keys increase or decrease
set the exposure parameters, as suggestion set 60kV - 6mA.
WARNING:
X-rays will be emitted during the performance of the following operations.
Authorised Technicians are therefore recommended to use the greatest
caution and to comply with the safety regulations and laws of their
country.

Press the X-ray button and keep it depressed until the end of the
exposure; the following message will be displayed:

On the image taken with QuickVision, using the instruction in
paragraph 7.1.1, measure the distance "A" (Figure 7-9) between the
Soft Tissue Filter (STF) edge and the center of the rings; perform the
measure in "mm".
8.
If the distance "A" is different from 50
2mm, press keys increase and
decrease up to reach the measured value; press key (6/25)
to store the change.
The system will calculate automatically the new Soft Tissue Filter
offset.
If distance "A" is 50
2 mm no correction is needed; press key
"T" (26) to exit.
In both cases the following message will be displayed:
