The tab allows you to specify the output options for the
printer.
- Offset
If Offset is selected the output of each different job will
be placed on the output stack slightly offset from the
previous job. This allows a user to easily see the different
jobs, without viewing the banner sheets
- Default Destination
The user selects the default output destination. Print
driver commands take precedence over these default
settings.
- Overflow to Face Down Bin
Sets how long the printer will wait after the selected or
default destination tray is full before sending the output
to the Face Down Bin.

This tab allows the user to specify various system options.
- Page Policy
This option allows the user determine how the printer
should respond when the requested paper type or size is
not installed. When this occurs, the printer will first
prompt the user to load the correct paper type or paper
size. The printer will pause the number of seconds noted
in the Page Timeout. After the printer pause has timed
out, the Page Policy will be followed. The options are: to
Ignore Size (and print on the correct type, if available),
Ignore Type (and print on the correct size of paper, if
available) and Ignore Size/Type (and print on the next
available paper). Trays are searched in the order defined
in the “Tray Sequence” item in the Paper tab. This policy
will be used in both PCL and Postscript page description
languages.
- Page Timeout
This option sets how many seconds the printer will pause
when the correct Paper Type or Size is not loaded, before
it invokes the page policy. The options are (in seconds) 0,
30, 60, 120, 180, 300. The default is 30.
