Configure color settings to send documents.
Item Description
Changes Allowed Select the permission level about changes to the document, including signing, en-
tering, or commenting data.
Item Description
Image Select this setting to insert the text as an image.
Text Select this setting to insert the text as text.

The date, time, page number, header, or footer is composed as text.
• The stamp is composed as an image.

Use Existing
Color Setting Sends documents with the color setting used when they were saved.
Full color Sends documents in full color. Documents saved in gray scale or black and white
cannot be sent in full color.
Gray Scale Sends documents in gray scale.
Black Sends documents in black and white.
