Description Function
3 The [System] menu Enables you to define some system settings and access the wiz-
ards that assist you to perform maintenance tasks.
The [Ink] tab:
• gives an overview of the ink supply rate of the ink tanks
• indicates the status of the maintenance tray.
The [Counters] tab:
• gives an overview of the total media usage
• gives an overview of the total estimated ink usage.
The [Maintenance] tab:
• allows you to start wizards to maintain the print quality
• allows you to start wizards to replace consumables
The [Setup] tab:
• displays information about the print system
• allows you to set the language and the user panel display set-
tings
• allows you to clear the system, to update the system software,
or to shut down or restart the system
• allows you to define the system settings, to identify the system
and to connect the system to the network.
The dynamic bar
The dynamic bar is the upper blue part of the user panel display. The dynamic bar gives you
feedback about the status of the print system.
NOTE
The dynamic bar is always visible, irrespective of the selected menu.
