Restore the system data
When to do
After you have upgraded or re-installed the system software you must restore the backup
file with the system data.
Required tool
■
1 USB backup key
Note:
Not all settings are stored in the backup file. The passwords for authorized users are ex-
cluded from the file for security reasons.
How to restore the system data
1.
From the 'HOME' screen on the user panel select the 'System' tab.
2.
Select the 'Setup' tab.
3.
Use the scroll wheel to select 'Hardware and software' and confirm with the confirmation
button (above the scroll wheel).
4.
Use the upper right soft key to 'Edit' the current system configuration.
5.
Select 'Restore backup'.
6.
Press 'Next >'.
7.
Follow the steps in the wizard.
8.
Select 'Home' to return to the 'HOME' screen.
