Scrub Deck Actuator Assembly

Turn the key switch on, then press the Scrub On/Off Switch to lower the scrub deck to the normal scrub
position. This will relieve the tension between the scrub deck actuator and the scrub deck.

With the scrub deck down and the key switch on,
disconnect the
Actuator Electrical Connector
. Note
that you may need to cut a wire tie to do this.

Turn the key switch off.

Disconnect and remove the battery closest to the
scrub deck actuator to get enough clearance to
remove the actuator.

Remove the
Shoulder Screw
and nut that connect
the scrub deck actuator to the
Lift Plate Weldment
on the scrub deck. Note that you’ll need to hold
the M8 Nyloc
®
nut with a 13mm wrench while
you remove the
Shoulder Screw

Remove the
M10 Screw
and actuator spacer
holding the
Scrub Deck Actuator
to the
Actuator
Bracket
on the machine frame.

Carefully remove the
Scrub Deck Actuator
from the
machine.
