Responding to Problems During Use
The following table provides guidelines for responding to technical problems that may occur with the Camino ICP Monitor during use.
Problem Cause Recommendation
Camino ICP Monitor does not
operate with AC power.
AC power adapter not connected Attach AC power adapter to Camino ICP Monitor.
Faulty AC power adapter cord Attach AC adapter cord to Camino ICP Monitor.
• Perform AC power test to ensure AC power works.
• Contact Natus Neuro to order new AC power adapter cord.
Camino ICP Monitor does not
operate on battery power.
Battery not installed. • Attach AC power adapter to Camino ICP Monitor.
• On touch screen, check battery indicator on status bar to
ensure the battery is installed.
• Install battery.
Battery not charged • Attach AC power adapter to Camino ICP Monitor.
• On touch screen, check battery indicator on status bar to
ensure the battery is installed.
Faulty battery • Attach AC adapter cord to Camino ICP Monitor.
• Perform battery charge test to ensure battery holds charge
properly.
• Contact Natus Neuro to order new battery.
